Volunteer to support the arts!

The difference between a good volunteer program and a great one is when the volunteers have a wonderful time. That happens every year at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival.

Calling All Volunteers!

At the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, volunteers play a huge part in our success! We welcome your involvement.

Every year more than 500 dedicated, engaged, community-minded and fun volunteers step up to make our three-day festival happen! Volunteering at the Cherry Creek Arts Festival gives participants an exclusive, behind-the-scenes appreciation of the artists and art that make the Festival so enticing and fun.

The Cherry Creek Arts Festival has teamed up with Volunteer Local to streamline our volunteer recruitment and organization. You can sign up via the link – please note, you will not have to create a login or password for this service!

Volunteer FAQ

We depend on your commitment to participate. Your presence and prompt arrival for your scheduled shifts are appreciated. VERY IMPORTANT: If your schedule changes, or if you have an emergency, please contact us to let us know as soon as you can.

Start your shift by first checking in at the Volunteer Headquarters located at 2nd and Detroit near Room and Board. Please try to arrive 20-30 minutes early. Volunteers will receive breaks for each shift, which will be coordinated by your Committee Chairs.

Every volunteer receives the Official Cherry Creek Arts Festival Volunteer T-shirt. We love to see all of our volunteers wearing this shirt while you are working at the Arts Festival. Please do not make any alterations to your T-shirt while you are volunteering for the CCAF. An opportunity to receive your t-shirt will be provided prior to the event.

Volunteers will be offered a variety of food and beverages before and during their shift. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed before or during a volunteer’s shift.
