The Arts Festival is centrally located in Denver, Colorado's Cherry Creek North, on Second and Third Avenues between Clayton and Steele Streets. July 6, 7 and 8, 2007. Hours: Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Arts Festival hosts a special Accessibility Hour on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for people with mobility concerns. The Arts Festival continues into the evening on Friday and Saturday nights with Festival Nights: Music on Fillmore Plaza from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Cool down with a cold beverage and the sounds of live music filling the summer night. The Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Colorado's signature cultural event, is one of the nation's most competitive outdoor juried arts festivals. The Arts Festival boasts the rare opportunity for visitors to meet and talk with exhibiting artists, sample fine cuisine, visit special exhibits and create their own works of art. The Cherry Creek Arts Festival won twenty Pinnacle Awards, including the Gold Grand Pinnacle, at the 48th Annual International Festival and Events Association (IFEA) Convention in Anaheim, CA.

What is the Arts Festival? The Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Colorado's signature cultural event, is one of the nation's most competitive outdoor juried arts festivals. The Arts Festival boasts the rare opportunity for visitors to meet and talk with exhibiting artists, sample fine cuisine, visit special exhibits and create their own works of art.

How is the Arts Festival Funded? The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is a not for profit organization that receives no commission for the sale of art work. Admission to the Arts Festival is free to the public due to the support of its family of sponsors. The official hosts of the Arts Festival is the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and the Arts Festival is presented with additional support from Janus, Bank of the West, Frontier Airlines, Qwest, Rocky Mountain News and the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District. On an individual level, the public can support the Arts Festival by purchasing official Cherry Creek Arts Festival posters and merchandise for sale throughout the year, as well as souvenir cups and beverages for sale on-site. Individuals and businesses are also invited to participate in the Arts Festival's Festival Club and Donor programs.
Other Arts Festival Facts: Artistic categories include ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphics and printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood. The Arts Festival also offers artists demonstrations, the Art Auction, Artivity Avenue for families, and an award winning volunteer program. Arts in Action, the Arts Festival's year-round arts and education programming currently serve over 12,000 youth in the Denver metropolitan area.
