Bike Parking. Two bike corrals: 3rd Avenue & Steele Street and 2nd Avenue & Detroit Street. Bike Denver (www.BikeDenver.org) is another non-profit partner with The Cherry Creek Arts Festival and will assist with Bike Parking. A suggested $1 donation for bicycle valet parking contributes to the Bike Denver's 501 (c)(3) non-profit mission of promoting and encouraging bicycling as an energy efficient, non-polluting, healthy, and enjoyable transportation alternative within the City and County of Denver.
Car Parking. Please respect our Cherry Creek North neighbors and respective parking signs when you park in the area. There are three $5.00 “Festival Premier Parking” on-site options to serve you, and they each benefit the Arts Festival: 1) The Janus Capital Group building garage at 151 Detroit, 2) the Clayton Lane garage at 2nd and Columbine, and 3) The Whole Foods parking structure at 2nd and University. The Cherry Creek Shopping Center also offers free parking.
ATM Locations and Credit Cards. Bank of the West ATM machines are located directly on the main streets throughout the festival site to serve you. All of the Festival Merchandise Stores and many of the artists accept major credit cards.
Beverage, Bottle and Can Policy. For safety reasons, cans and glass bottles are prohibited within the site. Revenue from on-site beverage sales allow the Arts Festival to remain an admission-free event. Proceeds also benefit our many non-profit vending partners’ important community programs.
Beverage Service. Non-alcoholic beverages are offered at locations throughout our site. Beverages include an array of Pepsi products, lemonade and Aquafina bottled water.
Beverages: Adult. Alcoholic beverages are sold within the Arts Festival site, including booths featuring Heineken beer products and frozen alcohol drinks. Regulations require that alcoholic beverages purchased at the event remain on-site. Arts Festival security will ask you to dispose of any alcoholic beverages before you exit or enter. Please don’t drink and drive; let a taxi be your designated driver.
Community Relations Hotline. For Cherry Creek North Businesses and residents: (303) 355-2787 extension 205.
Diaper Changing. A specially designated station with supplies is located on Milwaukee Street (Artivity Avenue) behind the Family Stage.
Festival Rules. For the safety and enjoyment of all festival attendees, please observe the following rules. Smoking is not permitted inside any structure or in any seating area on the Arts Festival grounds. Large signs and placards which may endanger or inconvenience the public attending the Arts Festival are prohibited. Bicycles cannot be ridden within the site and must be parked at one of our “bike corrals.” The riding of skateboards or use of roller blades or roller shoes within the site is prohibited. All packages are subject to search. The public address area is located on 3rd Avenue between Steele and Adams. The Arts Festival reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone who violates the reasonable policies established for public safety.
First Aid. First aid service is available at Fillmore and 3rd Avenue. Qualified attendants can assist you or refer you elsewhere as necessary. Emergency transportation service is provided on-site. Sunscreen is available at all entrances and various sponsor locations; see one of our “Festival Ambassadors” for all needs.
Food Service. The Arts Festival offers Culinary Row on St. Paul Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. Denver’s finest food establishments, selected through a jury process, offer a tantalizing selection of unique and tasty culinary delights.
Framing. For your convenience, Official Framer, FastFrame of Cherry Creek operates a framing booth at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Fillmore Street and a convenient on-site store at 2nd Avenue and Clayton Street.
General Information. Two Information Booths are on site, presented by the Rocky Mountain News, located at 2nd Avenue and Milwaukee Street and 3rd Avenue and Fillmore Street. Information is also available at all entrances to the Arts Festival from our Festival Ambassadors, or by calling the CCAF office at 303-355-ARTS (2787).
Lost Children and Lost & Found. Contact the Information Booth presented by the Rocky Mountain News located at 3rd Avenue and Fillmore Street or any Arts Festival volunteer to assist you in locating lost members or items of your party. The Information Booth located at 3rd Avenue and Fillmore Street receives all lost and found items. After the Arts Festival, please call the CCAF office at 303-355-ARTS (2787).
Official Festival Merchandise. Festival Stores are provided at convenient locations throughout the site. All Festival Stores accept major credit cards. Don’t miss the Festival Super Store located on St. Paul between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. It features an exciting new array of merchandise like never before, as well as the most collected item of all: Cherry Creek Arts Festival commemorative posters from 1991 to 2008. Take art home with you and shop in the shade at the Super Store!
Pets. Be kind to your pets — leave them at home when you visit the Arts Festival. City regulations state that seeing-eye dogs are allowed within the Arts Festival site. Pets are highly discouraged for the safety of the pet, due to the Arts Festival being on pavement, the heat, the number of people, and the possible injuries to both pets and patrons.
Rest Rooms. Portable facilities are located throughout the site along 2nd and 3rd Avenues in the alleys.
