non-profit partner program

Thank you for your interest in the Cherry Creek Arts Festival's Non-Profit Partner Program.

Partnerships with other non-profit groups in the community continue to be developed as an increasing number of arts, minority and special interest organizations build economic alliances between the Cherry Creek Arts Festival (CCAF) and diverse segments in the community. The NPP program has provided over half a million dollars in shared proceeds to our partners over the life of the Arts Festival.

The Cherry Creek Arts Festival will continue to offer opportunities for Non-Profit Partners for the 2011 event, which will be held July 2, 3, 4, 2011 in Denver's Cherry Creek North.

The NPP Program is designed to support non-profit groups in our community by offering an opportunity to: 1) market their organization to the 350,000 annual visitors and 2) provide a revenue generating opportunity by having the NPPs donate time by staffing beverage booths during the festival. Beverage booths include Pepsi products, cocktail drinks, beer, and wine booths. Revenue for a non-profit organization's involvement comes from a percentage of the retail sales generated. CCAF relies on its income from retail sales as a primary revenue source, enabling the Arts Festival to continue the event as an annual tradition in Denver, and to establish year round support of art and education programs.

CHERRY CREEK ARTS FESTIVAL GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY - Festival Contributes More than Half-Million Dollars to Non-Profits
DENVER, CO, June 2007 – Since its inception in 1991, the Cherry Creek
Arts Festival has given back an estimated half-million dollars to participating
Non-Profit Vending Partners. Last year alone, the Festival returned $29,200
to its Non-Profit Vending Partners from the sale of refreshments during the
three-day event.

Every year, local non-profit organizations are given the opportunity to participate
in the annual weekend event as retail vendors to the more than 350,000 Festival attendees. Each participating non-profit group receives approximately 12-15 percent of the sales generated by their refreshment booth as revenue for their organization. Vendor opportunities include: Pepsi products (including lemonade and water), alcoholic beverages, beer products, and ice cream and snow cone products.
